YOUTH FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE

This exciting league invites boys and girls from ages 5-12 to experience the rush of football without the tackles. For just $125, your young athlete gets a spot on a team, a Nashville Kats jersey, and their very own set of flags.

Each squad is limited to 10 players, ensuring everyone gets their moment to shine in the 5v5 matchups. With one practice per week and games every Sunday starting April 7th, it’s the perfect balance of fun, learning, and competition.

- Games will be played on Sundays between 11am and 3pm
- One practice per week scheduled at your team coach's discretion
LEAGUE PRACTICE SCHEDULE
For each team, it is the coach's discretion on practice days and times. They normally send that out to each team once registration has closed. Practices could be scheduled in the evenings Monday - Thursday or prior to games being played on Sundays.
